Usage Instructions:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly.

2. To open the package, hold the bottom and top of the tampon with both hands and twist in the direction of the arrows. The package will automatically open like a lipstick cap.

3. Pull the string at the bottom of the product to ensure it is secure.

4. Place the tip of your index finger into the indentation at the bottom of the tampon.

5. Take a comfortable position and gently separate the lips with the free hand to locate the vaginal opening.

6. Relax and gently push the tampon upwards and towards the back of your vagina. If you feel resistance, simply change the angle of the tampon.

7. If you can’t feel the tampon, you have placed it correctly in the center of your vagina. Ensure the string is left outside.

8. Tampons should be changed every 3-4 hours. To remove your tampon, gently pull on the removal string.
