Hojicha

Our Hojicha powder is the younger sibling to matcha. A roasted green tea ground into a fine powder and prepared just like you would your matcha powder, this tea is more earthy with roasted, nutty, and chocolatey notes. Hojicha powder is a soft brown color, not vibrant green like matcha.
