- Gold Plated Pewter, Austrian Crystals
- Enameled
- The Egg is Openable
- Hand Painted
- Padded Satin Lined Gift Box
Inspired by the celebrated 1898 Lilies of the Valley Imperial Egg, this elegant pink-hued creation reflects one of the most romantic and personal Easter masterpieces ever presented. The historic original was commissioned by Tsar Nicholas II as an Easter gift for Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna and was designed in the flowing Art Nouveau style, adorned with delicate lily-of-the-valley blossoms symbolizing spring, renewal, and devotion.
The original masterpiece featured pearls and diamonds, honoring the Empress’s favorite flower, favorite color, and cherished gemstones. Activated by a hidden pearl button, a mechanical surprise lifted a diamond-set crown to reveal miniature portraits of the Tsar and their two eldest daughters, painted on ivory. Echoing that graceful floral tradition, this interpretation showcases vibrant pink enamel, sculpted green leaves, sparkling crystal accents, and rich gold tone detailing. The hinged egg opens smoothly and secures with a magnetic closure, offering space for a small keepsake within. Presented in a padded satin lined gift box, it captures the elegance, symbolism, and decorative artistry associated with one of the most beloved Imperial Easter treasures.
