A pencil that is thick enough to use as lipstick, yet it can be sharpened to a fine point for precise application as a lip liner. HOT TO USE:

- To visually reduce the size of lips, outline its inner contour. If you want to make your lips look bigger, simply define its outer line.
- For intense contouring, sharpen the top prior to the application.

TIPS & TRICKS: 

- For best effect choose lip liner in the same shade as your lipstick or a tone darker.
- To make your lips look smaller, accentuate the inner contour.
- To make your lips look fuller accentuate the outer contour.
- Use separately or to outline the lips.
- For even more defined look, put a bit of lip gloss to the centre of your lips.
- Use Makeup Brush 22T to apply concealer and even out the line at the corners.
